Joyous Noel was premiered at the 2002 St. Olaf Christmas Festival and broadcast on National Public Radio in December of the same year. This festive work dances with rhythmic energy and employs rich orchestral color. It hints at Joy to the World, presents an original hymn, and provides a wonderful opportunity to showcase your local handbell choir while expanding your audience. The rental set includes parts for conductor and symphony or chamber orchestra. The handbell parts are available for purchase.
